Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and invigorating style of yoga that focuses on the seamless flow of breath and movement. Derived from the Sanskrit word "nyasa" (meaning "to place") and "vi" (meaning "in a special way”). Come and explore the dance of breath and movement, each week we will flow through a different sequence giving you the chance to practice a range of postures. I believe in the transformative power of yoga, my classes are not just about physical postures; they are a holistic experience that combines movement, breath, and mindfulness. Through intentional sequencing, I aim to create a harmonious flow that challenges the body while nurturing the mind and soul. In my classes, you'll find a perfect balance between strength and grace, effort and ease, and discipline and playfulness. My classes are accessible to practitioners of all levels, as I offer modifications and variations to suit individual needs and abilities. My intention is that you leave feeling empowered with more self-awareness, inner peace and a heightened sense of body-mind harmony.
