Meet Jess

Mind-Body Coach.
Embodiment & Leadership Mentor.
Movement & Retreat Guide.
I don’t guide from theory alone.
I guide from a path I have walked slowly, imperfectly, but always with deep commitment and a sense of curiosity.

The work I offer today has been shaped by years of listening to my body, facing what I once avoided, choosing integration over bypassing, the many trainings I have done, the teachers I have met along the way and all the women I have had the pleasure to work with.
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected, overwhelmed, and stuck between knowing what you want and being unable to live it. I also know what it takes to come back home to yourself.
My work now supports women in stepping out of survival and into embodied sovereignty. Through nervous system regulation, somatic work, feminine embodiment and holistic health and healing.
There was a time when I lived disconnected from myself, sensitive, overwhelmed, and unsure how to safely express who I was. I learned to adapt, to self-silence, and to push through life from survival rather than trust. On the outside, I functioned. On the inside, I felt fragmented, anxious, and disconnected from my body and my deeper truth. I was lost, confused and relied on alcohol and drugs to give me confidence, I battled with self doubt and I was focused on outside validation.

But there was this gentle nudge within that I knew this wasn't the life for me. Stuck repeating the same cycles, living a life numb to myself and lacking purpose but even back then I listened to this very quiet whisper which first led me to India where I guess you can say my whole journey of awakening began. Since then this whisper has become louder, this is because instead of pushing it away each time I tune in and listen and every time is has lead me to amazing experiences and places.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to think my way out of my life and began listening to my body.
Through years of embodied healing, nervous system regulation, deep inner work, spiritual devotion, and holistic health, I rebuilt my life from the inside out. Not by bypassing the hard parts but by walking directly through them.

Today, I live in alignment with what I once only dreamed of. I lead my work with confidence and integrity, taking up space and allowing myself to be witnessed and my voice to be heard, I'm regulated and able to deeply feel my emotions and flow with life instead of against it, I'm travelling the world and in a loving conscious relationship, embracing joy, love and adventure, trusting my body and intuition, feeling energised and healthy and living a life rooted in faith and sovereignty.
I am not here to sell a fantasy I am here as a living example of what becomes possible when a woman commits fully to her own becoming.
Eyes open
There came a point in my journey where my body didn’t feel vital. I had all the spiritual practices, I was doing the inner work, I was “healthy,” yet something still felt off in my energy. I was doing the work, but my body was not reflecting the aliveness I knew was possible.

That was when my healing deepened in a different direction. I began exploring holistic health more seriously, looking at detoxification, nourishment, lifestyle, and the cumulative impact of what we consume daily. As I went further down that path, my eyes began to open to the realities of the food industry and the systems that shape our choices and our lives. Much of what is marketed as normal or convenient is far removed from what truly supports the human body. We are surrounded by products that deplete us, yet are packaged as solutions. I started to question what we are taught about health, what is labelled as safe, and why so many people live in a constant state of inflammation, fatigue, and imbalance.

It became clear to me that many systems are not built around truly supporting our health and longevity, but instead around profiting from sickness and keeping us in a constant cycle. When people are disconnected from their bodies, they are easier to influence, easier to sell to, and easier to keep cycling through quick fixes.

For me, this awakening was not about fear. It was about responsibility. It was about recognising that returning to the body is essential. The more I regulated my nervous system, cleaned up my environment, simplified what I consumed, and aligned my lifestyle with nature, the clearer everything became.

So many of the answers we search for externally are already within us, but we cannot access them when we are overstimulated, inflamed, and disconnected. Returning to the body is not a trend or a wellness phase, it is foundational. When your body is clear and regulated, truth feels clearer too.

This is what I mean by eyes wide open. Not paranoia, not extremism, but awareness. Awareness of what you consume, how you live, and who benefits when you remain disconnected from yourself. And the choice, again and again, to come back home to your own inner authority.
My mission is to support women in stepping out of survival and into embodied sovereignty. It is my wish that more women awaken to their potential and to what is truly possible when they learn to work with their bodies instead of against them.
I want as many women as possible to step into their true potential, feeling vital and aligned because the more you cleanse and regulate yourself, the clearer the truth becomes. The systems that control and contort us begin to lose their grip, and you reconnect with the innate power within. Without force, your natural wisdom and your connection to your soul and to God begin to arise organically.

I am here for women who want all of it: meaningful work, deep connection, embodied health, aligned partnership, and a life that reflects their highest values.

When you elevate yourself, you elevate those around you. The women who commit to this work don’t just change their own lives; they create a ripple effect that shifts families, communities, and generations.

& Thats My Mission
I believe:
-
The body is not something to transcend, it is the gateway to truth.
-
Healing happens through safety, not force.
-
Regulation creates the capacity for leadership.
-
Spirituality without embodiment is incomplete.
-
A woman’s nervous system determines what she is able to receive.
-
Sovereignty is built through self-trust, not self-abandonment.
-
A deep spiritual practice is unsustainable if the body is not healthy enough to hold it.
-
True healing requires looking at the whole picture, inner work must be paired with holistic health and aligned lifestyle, because everything is interconnected.
-
True freedom begins when you step away from the systems that oppress it.
-
We must each become the change we wish to see in the world.
My work brings together multiple disciplines into one integrated, embodied approach:

Nervous system regulation and safety
Somatic and embodiment practices
Mind–body integration
Subconscious and emotional healing
Holistic health and vitality
Feminine embodiment
Sovereign leadership
