In my sessions I weave together Reiki and Seichim, both are powerful systems of energy healing that connect to the universal life force energy of the Divine. Reiki expresses itself as grounded healing energy and is one of the four elemental rays which make up Seichim - earth (reiki), water, air, and fire. Seichim expresses itself as cosmic heart energy and connects with our higher selves, offering strength, softness, love, and compassion, helping you overcome obstacles. Both heal past and present issues bringing us back into balance, igniting our body's natural ability to heal itself. Healing and detoxifying the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
Every person will receive and experience energy slightly differently and can change from session to session. Just allow yourself to be open to receiving the beautiful healing energies.
Healing isn't linear and takes dedication and trust.
Sessions can be 1 hour or 1.5 hours. I would recommend 1.5 hours for new clients so we can take the time to discuss any specific issues and answer any questions you may have.
IN PERSON HEALING
Before any healing session we will discuss any specific issues you may have, what brought you to receive healing and any intentions you may have.
To start the session I will guide you into a relaxed state, creating a safe and nurturing space where you can fully surrender. Through my hands I will channel the universal loving energy to clear any blockages and imbalances in your physical and energy body.
This soft healing energy can create major shifts in your mind and body and has the potential to raise your consciousness.
ENERGY EXCHANGE:

£65 FOR 90 MINUTES
DISTANCE HEALING (ONLINE)
Energies moves through time and space, you can be anywhere in the world and still receive the powerful healing energy.
The process for distance healing is exactly the same as in person but instead we will connect via Zoom. We will start the session with intention setting and grounding. You can then either stay on the video call or we can connect back again after the session to discuss anything that may come up for you. All you have to do is lie down in a comfortable and quiet space to receive the healing energy.
